Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
1 tablespoon your fav peanut butter. Almond butter works great here too, but straight up PB makes me happiest in this recipe
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
8(ish) oz Almond milk
1 ripe banana
Ice to your preference
Chocolate syrup or 🍩 (HELLO!) for garnish
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend, blend, blend. Yum, yum, yum! Fend off your children.
