This is my go to protein shake for busy mornings (um, every morning).
It reminds me of the chocolate smoothie Starbucks used to carry. The day I found out it was gone, I was 6 or 7 months pregnant and that’s all I had been thinking about during a marathon meeting. Let’s just say, it was not a good day. #dontmesswiththepregnantlady
Banana Mocha Protein Smoothie
1 – 1 1/2 frozen banana
10-12 oz Mocha – my fav is Califia Farms Mocha Cold Brew Coffee with Almond Milk. OMGeee delish
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
A few ice cubes
*Optional for my peanut butter lovers out there (holler!): 1 spoonful of your fav PB
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend, blend, blend. Enjoy!
